The humble business plan is a commitment to deliver and, as such,
it can be a powerful tool. However, for many companies it's a
wasted opportunity: the effort that goes into producing and
marketing an annual business plan is significant and most
companies do not get a good return on their investement. Dennis
Preston argues that a new approach is required: the concept is
simple...make sure that the people who will be expected to
deliver the aims and objectives of the plan are totally involved
in producing it!
