Meaning and purpose to life
Teams and teamwork comprise the main focus for this edition of . Like it or not teams form a major part of all our lives: many of us are members of several teams, and we also make use of the products and services which other teams provide. When our teams perform well and/or are successful we are pleased. In theory, therefore, teams are not only good things but necessary things, contributing directly to our personal success; sadly, experience teaches us that some teams can be unhelpful and, indeed, detrimental to our wellbeing, efficiency and effectiveness. Teams are a fact of life, and should exert a positive influence on us; give our lives meaning and purpose, and motivate us to succeed.
